Every breath is an invitation inward. In every Soft Spaces workshop, we offer more than just a breathwork session—we offer a very special space to pause, to learn, to remember what it means to come home to yourself. Each gathering weaves together guided breathwork, gentle lectures
and intentional time for reflection and connection. You’ll move through immersive breathing journeys, grounded in both practice and understanding, with space to journal, to share, or simply to be.
Most of us take around 23,000 breaths a day, and yet we rarely pay attention to them. But your breath is more than just automatic — it’s a powerful resource for emotional regulation, healing, and self-connection.
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll be gently guided to explore the foundations of conscious breathing and how your breath can support you through stress, overwhelm, and everyday challenges.
What to expect:
This workshop is a blend of gentle theory and embodied practice. It’s designed for anyone who is new to breathwork — no experience needed.
