The Method: Holosomatic Breathwork®

Calm indoor breathwork session in Hamburg studio with soft natural lighting and binaural headphones setup

How it works

Breath meets brain. Heart meets science.

Holosomatic Breathwork® blends traditional breathing techniques with insights from neuroscience. It’s a trauma-informed, body-based approach that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner clarity.

Every session follows your rhythm — using conscious connected breath, carefully curated sounds, and neurofrequency-enhanced headphones. This creates an immersive, safe container where you can process stored tension, trauma, and emotional patterns — without needing to talk or perform.

You’ll gently shift from thinking to feeling, from control to surrender. It’s not about doing it right. It’s about letting go — softly, safely, fully.

Potential Benefits

  • Better sleep, focus, and emotional resilience

  • Relief from anxiety, overwhelm, or stuck emotions

SOFT SPACES is suitable for those seeking a grounded, evidence-informed approach to inner work and personal growth — anchored in breath, supported by science.

Important Note on Safety & Contraindications

  • Breathwork is a beautiful and transformative practice that can can be a deeply nurturing experience. At the same time, it’s important to honor that we each have unique physical and emotional needs — and that certain conditions may require extra care.

If you’re currently navigating specific medical or psychological challenges, breathwork might not be the best fit right now without guidance from a healthcare professional. Because breathwork can lead to expanded states of awareness and strong emotional release, it’s important that your body and nervous system feel ready to meet those experiences gently and with resilience. This is simply to ensure that your journey is safe, supported, and aligned with where you are.

You can view a detailed list of contraindications. If you have any questions or are unsure whether breathwork is right for you at this moment, I encourage you to speak with a trusted medical or therapeutic professional — and of course, you’re always welcome to reach out to me personally.

  • After breathwork some people feel energized, others feel emotional or sleepy. It’s all part of your body’s natural processing. To help your system integrate I recommend:

    • Drinking plenty of water

    • Resting or journaling your experience

    • Taking time for yourself (e.g. a quiet walk, warm bath, nature, ..)

    • Avoiding screens (especially social media and TV) or intense conversations for an hour if possible

  • This depends on your goals and the intensity of the sessions. Some people benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions; others integrate breathwork into a daily or personal routine. I can help you find a rhythm that supports your nervous system and lifestyle.

  • Unfortunately not. Our breathwork sessions require a certain level of emotional maturity and self-awareness and therefor are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. This is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
