My Journey
For over 15 years, I knew how to train and nourish a body — but not how to meet the pain beneath the surface. Hidden trauma, limiting beliefs, and suppressed emotions held me back in ways no workout could fix. I felt blocked—physically, emotionally, relationally.
That changed when I found breathwork.
Without needing words, this practice gave me access to deep healing. It allowed me to soften, to feel, and to finally come home to myself.
From the moment I experienced it, I knew: I want others to have this too. Not as a trend or spiritual performance, but as a grounded, effective and deeply human tool for growth.

Certified Holosomatic Breathwork® Facilitator, 300hrs (Level 1 + 2)
Studied Fitness Manager and Certified Personal Trainer
Licensed group fitness instructor (Indoor Cycling, Aqua Gymnastics, Functional training, Aerobics)
Nutrition and relaxation coach
