One-on-One Session
Sometimes we need space to hear ourselves again. In this 90–120 minute session, you’re invited to gently reconnect—with your breath, your body, and the parts of you that have gone quiet.
We begin with a short conversation to explore your needs, intentions, and current state. Then, through conscious connected breathing—supported by sound and soft guidance—you’ll begin a deeply personal inner journey. This space is just for you: no performance, no fixing, just feeling and releasing. The session ends in stillness, with the option to reflect, journal, or simply be.
Couple/Partner Session
Breathe together. See each other again. In this 90–120 minute session, couples are guided through a shared breath journey that deepens connection, opens communication, and helps dissolve emotional tension.
Whether you’re navigating challenges or just want to feel closer, the breath becomes your shared language. We begin with an intention-setting dialogue, then move into a co-created breath session tailored to your energy as a pair. A soft closing space allows time to integrate, speak, or simply hold presence.
